Rebecca Zadaka, J.D., M.A. Bioethics, specializes in advertising and promotional review. She has a biochemistry background with experience working in a preclinical testing lab, where she worked in device and pharmaceutical biocompatibility. Rebecca also has experience working on FDA-related matters pertaining to food. Prior to working at Gardner Law, she worked for Robins Kaplan LLP as an Associate Attorney in the Business Litigation Department. While in law school at the University of Minnesota, Rebecca was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Nancy E. Brasel of the US District Court, District of Minnesota and was a Student Director of the Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic. Rebecca earned her Master’s degree in Bioethics from the University of Minnesota and worked as a Sample Preparation Technician at American Preclinical Services LLC.

My passion for FDA law began before law school while I was working with medical devices and pharmaceuticals in a testing lab. This experience gave me firsthand knowledge of the importance of role the FDA plays in getting devices and pharmaceuticals on the market to help change people’s lives.
