Michelle Schlipp
Controller

Michelle Schlipp is the Controller at Gardner Law, where she oversees the firm’s core accounting and financial operations. Her responsibilities include billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, cash flow management, and tracking key performance indicators. Michelle also serves as a key point of contact for clients and vendors with questions regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.

Prior to joining Gardner Law, Michelle served as Controller at Binks US, LLC and as Executive Director of Accounting & Finance at Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Metro State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in the State of Minnesota.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling with her family and spending Minnesota summers cheering on her daughters at lacrosse and hockey games.
