Rebecca Zadaka and Paul Rothermel Named 2026 Super Lawyers Rising Stars
July 15, 2026Gardner Law is excited to announce that Rebecca Zadaka and Paul Rothermel have been selected to the 2026 Rising Stars list released annually by Super Lawyers.
Rebecca was recognized in Food & Drugs and is the only attorney selected to the 2026 Minnesota Rising Stars list with Food & Drugs as her primary practice area. This is her first Rising Stars selection.
As an associate attorney at Gardner Law, Rebecca advises FDA-regulated companies on advertising, labeling, and regulatory compliance across drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and food-related products. She also advises clients on commercial agreements involving medical devices and helps companies align regulatory requirements with practical business objectives.
Paul was recognized in Health Care for the fourth consecutive year, having been selected each year since 2023. As a managing attorney at Gardner Law, Paul advises medical products companies, digital health companies, and healthcare organizations on privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and healthcare compliance.
Rebecca joins Paul and Gardner Law Partner Amanda Johnston among the firm’s attorneys who have received the Rising Stars distinction.
About Super Lawyers Rising Stars
Super Lawyers uses a multiphase selection process that combines peer nominations and evaluations with independent research into professional achievement. Candidates are evaluated using 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Attorneys selected to the Rising Stars list must be either 40 years old or younger or have practiced law for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys in each state are selected annually.
